My clients are people who would like to improve the results they are getting in any or all areas of their life.

It's all about choice. Make the choice to create your world as you want it to be. Give no power to the victim mode, the belief that things are this way because of external forces over which you have no control.

We always have choice about how we think about the events in our lives, what actions we take, and what emotional state we will choose at any given time.

Our emotional state comes from our internal self talk and internalized images, and we have complete control over our self talk.

You can move from negative self images and talk to the positive, affirming, empowering alternative. There are many solid, real world tools that help, and this is what I offer.

I work with individuals who want to close the gap between where they are and where or who they want to be.

I work with groups and organizations, helping improve results through developing a clear vision, better communication and strong systems.

Much of my work is with Boards of Directors. I have filled almost every conceivable role with and on a board, and have a deep understanding of how they work, should work, and often don't work.

I have started and operated several successful companies, and headed up an industry organization where I worked and consulted with international business leaders.

Businesses AND individuals reinvent themselves as they go along, intentionally or not. I love working with individuals and groups at all levels of a business or project, helping people reinvent themselves in the most positive way, coming into internal alignment so everyone and everything works together, toward a clear, powerful vision.
