Scott earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in 2004, graduating with highest honors. Beyond excelling as a student of leadership and organization development Scott has continuously served in numerous leadership positions across the country for over a decade.
Scott currently works at Chick-fil-A corporate headquarters in the Training & Development department. He leads the training efforts for managers of corporate run stores and works on a team training franchise owners. He also travels to stores around the nation to provide coaching and consulting services, as well as serves as a strategic consultant to various departments in the corporate office.
Prior to Chick-fil-A, he was the Director of Training and Advancement at the international coach training company, Lifeforming Leadership Coaching, as well as doing coaching, consulting, and serving as a senior leader in organizational strategy in his role as the Vice President of Organizational and Leadership Development for REAL Change, Inc.
