As Account Director at Critical Mass, Scott's role is to translate strategic business goals and complex customer needs into exceptional online customer experiences. With over ten years experience, Scott has created successful online solutions for leading brands including Dell, General Motors, Citibank, USAA, IBM and most recently, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets.
Previously, Scott has provided strategic and creative leadership at leading digital marketing companies including DraftFCB and Modem Media. At these companies, Scott led cross-disciplinary teams of Art Directors, Planners, Copy Writers, Information Architects and Web Developers.
Scott is also an active member and contributor to the information architecture and experience design communities. He currently serves as the local ambassador for the User Experience Network in Calgary and is an active member of the Information Architecture Institute.
