A lot of my listings are vacant land, much of which are investment properties. This area is primed for an explosion in real estate. I work very hard at what I do, and have learned a few trade secrets of my own by doing what it takes to get the job done.
I've built my own web sites which are starting to do very well in terms of bringing sellers and buyers to my business. My blog is: The Mountain and my properties are found here: Land & Homes On The Mountain.
The God of the universe has blessed me and allowed me to continue to stay on as a full time agent, even in this market. He must have a reason for allowing this, that's all I know!
Blogging and the internet are kind of what separates me from the pack. Not that I'm an expert, I'm just trying my best to learn all I can learn about the internet and technology, because I know it's the future (now).

I started real estate because I had an old friend who kept after me to get it done. Joel Lawson and I drove big trucks together probably 12 years ago, when he decided to get his license. Now he's the owner & DBI at Integrity Realty, and I know that Integrity is more than a name on the door for him. And that's why I hung my license where it is.

I learned a lot about myself working at Hatch. I had a lot of fun and enjoyed the people I worked with there. It was hard to leave when the time came, but it was the right thing to do for myself and my family.

Jerry Smith was the owner of Ponderosa, and I really enjoyed working for him. Jerry is good people! One year I had just gotten to the house before Christmas, when he pulled up in his pickup and jumped out threw me a ham and a hundred bucks and said "I apologize we didn't have more of a bonus this year". (Normally they gave all the drivers a very nice jacket as well, with the company logo on it. I have three, and I love them)
He and his family are like that, they just wanted to treat their people good. Ponderosa Transport went out of business when the price of fuel climbed too high for them to stay in business. I miss working for Jerry. I miss Rick and Tony (his two sons that helped with the business) as well. If I ever become a business owner I know I'll always look to Jerry Smith as a role model for how to treat my people.
