My experience ranges from Sales, Sales Management, and Marketing to Consulting the Fortune 100 to Senior Director of Six Sigma for New Product Development and Marketing. Strongly creative and analytical in approach to critical marketing projects. I take a problem solving position with all challenges and projects that leads to creating superior client satisfaction. Currently operating my own consulting firm.
My experience has made me something of a rennaisance man in the world of marketing, new product development, VOC, and strategic planning. Over my 20 year career I have spanned a range of experience in everything from sales to marketing to forecasting to six sigma for product development.
I am currently in the process of moving back out in to the consulting world. My experience at Motorola, Merck, 3M, Invensys, Cummins, and many more have made me realize that there is value in what I can contribute to other organizations in this role.

In this role I have been responsible for developing a Black Belt level quality program for Marketing and Sales professionals at Motorola, Inc. Over this 2 year span I oversaw a staff in the development and deployment of modular trainings in various tools and skills to enhance the overall success of these two functions.
Additionally, I set a course for allowing the program to grow in it's ability to deliver new and relevant tools to the entirety of Motorola globally. Currently, we are wrapping up the initial 8 courses deployment for Asia Pac, Latin America, and Eruope.
The Six Sigma for Sales and Marketing program includes tools in the areas of VOC, Value Analysis, Forecasting, Portfolio Management, and Business Case testing.

In my position I directly engineer and influence the implementation of a new product phase-gate process for the business. Additionally, I schedule and deploy training for Black Belt training to the Six Sigmna community. I oversee a staff of design and marketing belts who are deployed to specific projects and seeing to their pull-through from a Six Sigma perspective.
I also contribute tools and process support to global and regional portfolios for existing and new product portfolios.
