Step into the Rainforest Cafe, where the menu is equally entertaining. Appetizers such as Leaping Lizard Lettuce Wraps and Coastal Calamari tempt the palate. So do entrées like Rasta Pasta, Jungle Chops and Congo Catfish Plate. At the journey’s end, there’s a Sparkling Volcano – a mountain of rich chocolate brownie cake and ice cream topped with a lit sparkler.
