Scott Edwards’s Summary
Career to date has primarily focused on continuous improvement in industries ranging from semiconductors to financial services. I have employeed tools, processes, and principles of Theory of Contraints and Six Sigma to help quickly improve supply chain and logistics operations.
Future goals still include continuous improvement focus but my desire is to be more strategic in nature. I desire to help organizations improve profitability without resorting to the same tired tactics of headcount reduction and supposed cost cutting efficiencies.
