Spearhead all source selection and systems acquisition initiatives. Negotiate vendor contracts and software licensing agreements. Collaborate with the Legal department to resolve compliance disputes. Recruit, train, and lead a team of 15 internal and up to 10 external developers and project managers. Cooperate with enterprise architecture teams to devise governance practices, development guidelines and communication conduits.

    Development is primarily in Java based upon the ATG commerce platform, but includes RPG/AS400, XML, Team site content management and XML web services.
