    As a technology consultant at CET I worked with a small team of multimedia savvy students at the University of Oregon Knight library. Our office provided one-on-one and over-the-phone support and training for University faculty and staff in helping our patrons suceed both technologically and pedagocally in the classroom and in related projects. As the end of the line for faculty technology questions, it was necessary to adapt depending on faculty skill level and temperment, the software and hardware needed and the timeframe of each project.
