I've been working in the user experience field since 2000. My main focus has been helping corporate environments adopt sustainable UX practices.
I consider myself a pragmatic idealist. I'm pragmatic in my approach to applying UX methods by adapting to the company's culture and technical environment. The Sr. User Experience Analyst is a member of the Content Technology group and conducts user research for the purpose of understanding business process, improving the ease of use and satisfaction for internal users. This position works closely with business system analysts, technical leads, product owners and project managers to ensure a user centered approach is followed in the design and development of new products and features. This position also has responsibility for defining a user interface strategy for internal applications, including creation of an information architecture roadmap and defining key deliverables that support a user-centric focus with our editorial and publishing systems.
