Scott Cook’s Summary

Right now I am at a point where I am not sure where I want to take my career. I am working on a degree that I enjoy, but that is only tangentially related to my current field. My degree (BA in Arts & Technology) covers realms from video game design to web design to animation and effects to interface and interaction design. I tend to lean toward the last few areas. I intend to leverage some of the interface / interaction things to improve our distribution methods and might even be able to apply some of the 3D rendering to the imaging embedded in our documentation.

My prior experience is mostly technical in the realm of desktop support, network administration and, more recently, documentation and distribution. The parts of my job I usually enjoy the most are the customer service bits. I tend to be pretty good with people.
