“Helping turn great technologies into great businesses“
I am an advisor and consultant to companies in the technology space. Services include general corporate advisory, strategy formulation, corporate development, market and competitive analysis, complex financial modeling, investor presentations, as well as freelance equity research and valuation work. I sometimes take interim executive roles with young companies.
For technology companies I provide focus. I help them determine their comparative advantages, ensure their vision and business model align with those, then do whatever it takes to ensure the company achieves its potential.
For investment clients, I offer perspective into the strategic and operational factors that impact firm performance, having worked to commercialize technology products and services for many years. Those unique insights are then used to inform the valuation process.
In my spare time I write Digitalics, a blog focused on industry analysis and technology stocks. Digitalics is driven by the belief that adding real-world operating experience and a technophile’s understanding to stock picking offers a compelling advantage over the one-dimensional number-crunching approach used by most analysts.
