Scott is an author, founder/investor, and is Adobe's Vice President of Products (overseeing Community & Mobile). Scott co-founded Behance in 2006, and served as CEO until Adobe acquired Behance in 2012. Millions of people use Behance to showcase and discover creative work, as well as track and find top talent across the creative industries. Behance also powers portfolio display for LinkedIn, AIGA, AdWeek, School of Visual Arts (SVA), Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), among other sites around the web —as well as 25,000+ personal websites via Behance's ProSite service.

Behance has launched other projects to help organize and empower the creative world, including, Behance's think tank, annual conference, and book series devoted to execution in the creative world; and Action Method, a popular line of organizational products.

Scott is also the author of the national bestselling book Making Ideas Happen (Portfolio Imprint, Penguin Books, April, 2010). He has traveled around the world to speak about the execution of ideas, and has worked with organizations including GE, HP, Facebook, MTV, and the US Government.

Scott actively advises businesses that cross the intersection of technology and the creative industries and help empower creative people and independent careers. He is an investor and advisor in Pinterest, Uber, Shyp, ManagedByQ, Paper, Paddle8, Warby Parker, as well as several others in the early stages.

Prior to founding Behance, Scott helped grow the Pine Street Leadership Development Initiative at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Scott serves on the Advisory Board of Cornell University's Entrepreneurship Program and is a Board member of Smithsonian's Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum. He attended Cornell University as an undergraduate and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
