Directs and executes marketing efforts with both horizontal and vertically-focused marketing campaigns. Campaigns include direct mail, telemarketing and webinars and other web-marketing efforts.

Servicing of existing customer base of approx. 200 businesses. Inside sales and customer account management. Managing escalated support requests. Meeting with customers to discuss new or ongoing projects.
Elite Group manufactures kiosks for use in indoor and outdoor malls as well as retail displays. Customers included Oakley Sunglasses, T-Mobile, Cingular, Verizon Wireless and many others in food, jewelry and more. My job was to keep customers aware of the status of their installations as schedules were affected by a variety of variables such as plan approvals, permits and materials availability. In addition, performed account management for retail display accounts.
I was the outside sales rep for the Costa Mesa office of Wirestone, LLC. The customers and target customers tended to fall among high tech and aviation manufacturing - both industries were dramatically impacted by the economic decline and the death knell was the impact of 9/11. This office was closed in October 2001. This company sold web, email and print media advertising. It was a very "new economy" style of agency.
