In January of 1994, Steve Beauregard left Digital Equipment Corp's prestigious LA consulting practice to form Regard Systems Integrators (RSI). In less than two years Steve grew RSI to 25 employees with an impressive client list of multinational companies and a $3M run rate.

Steve later diversified the company into distinct software and service units and transformed the company into a RSI, LLC providing key entrepreneurs an opportunity to earn "sweat equity." RSI, LLC became the first BlackBerry partner in 98 and a charter member of RIM’s “Preferred” BlackBerry ISV Alliance Partner Program and one of Microsoft’s first Mobility Partners.

Soon after Y2K, Steve formed REGARD Corporation, a Santa Monica based high-end boutique internet strategy firm to compete with Razorfish, March-First and the like. REGARD met with instant success bringing in TRW, VPA, a division of John Deere and many multi-year/multi-million dollar engagements.

In 2003, REGARD turned down term sheets & instead purchased RSI, LLC, opened subsidiary REGARD Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Nagpur, India and established a nationwide reputation with RIM, AT&T, Sprint/NEXTEL, & Verizon as highly reliable, top-tier wireless software experts building scalable, enterprise grade software solutions.

Steve formed software incubator REGARD Ventures in 2007 to help early-stage entrepreneur's build their vision quickly for a piece of the action (details below).

Steve has acted as outside IT & wireless strategist for countless “C-Level” executives of Fortune-500 and SMB Businesses. REGARD has an impressive track with marquee customers including Sony, Universal, DIRECTV, Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Hughes, TRW, LIONSGATE, Creative Artists Agency, as well as, state & federal gov't agencies.

Steve was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine (9/07), is often quoted in trade rags, and speaks at socal universities & international wireless events.
