I have worked with founder, my aunt, Susan Highsmith, many times over the years with PR, event planning, graphic design and fundraising for the organization.

Last Spring, I was involved with MADAC's "Purple Glove" video campaign at the world's largest Relay for Life in Gwinnett County. Thousands were filmed wearing purple gloves, dancing with rehearsed choreography to the song "Everybody Dance Now." The event was professionally filmed, edited, and will be posted to YouTube soon, in hopes of inspiring similar celebratory events in Relays across the nation.
