I was trained in as a purchasing department back up. In 2005 moved into the full-time sales representative with my own account base.
Paul Bunyan Toastmasters

Toastmasters is a Volunteer organization. The Paul Bunyan Toastmasters meet most Fridays at the Sawmill Inn in Brainerd at 12:00 Noon. Effective July 1, I will hold the position of President of our local club. We invite all guests to join us as your schedule allows...and hopefully you will decide to be a part of our Club! Toastmasters is an inexpensive way to gain experience in public speaking, "thinking on your feet" and leadership skills.

I have been very active in the Women of Today organization. I have served many positions on the local, district and state levels of this National Organization. I started the Brainerd Lakes Area chapter in April of 2003 and this chapter continues to do well and better the community in which we live. At Nortech I interviewed, tested and hired employees for the manufacturing plant. I performed orientations for new-hires including setting up their benefit packages. Maintaining insurance updates and helping employees with their insurance questions was a busy job. Only one time did I need to let an employee go and that was the hardest thing I have ever had to do.
