As Next Gen Audio Director, my responsibilities were to maintain a volunteer group of audio engineers that staff weekly positions for the church's jr. high and sr. high services. These services regularly have worship bands and these engineers are either trained by myself or take ownership in sound checking and mixing the bands. Training has been done in both FOH and Monitor mixing positions. Responsibilities also included being on rotations for mixing front of house or monitors for the main church mid-week and weekend services, as well as assisting audio personnel or mixing for larger conferences or other services within the church on a Meyer MILO/M2D PA with Yamaha PM1D consoles. I also had responsibility in troubleshooting various equipment in several auditoriums that fail or are out of service for any reason.
