User Centered Design is the crux of my work. I do both ethnographic research as well as quantitative analysis studies that lead to effective product-service innovation. Possibilities of gendered usage of technology fascinates me. Low literacy users challenge my grey cells and entertaining educational multimedia platforms remain a constant favorite.
Apart from the above, Linguistic Challenges, Creative Teaching Methodologies, Comparative Cultural and Literary Studies, Instructional Design, Sociological trends and Translation are things I have worked on in the past and intend to amalgamate them in future work areas.
