Teaching upper levels of English to students of all ages (16 - 60 years). It was both inspirational and a tough challenge to manage such diverse groups in one classroom.
This position required immense creativity, stamina (we worked for 4 hours late at night), social and managerial skills.
I've started working in Streamline when I was 19 up till 21 and it was an amazing experince that let me become mature and responsible.
Work scope:
- Preparing for the classes;
- Teaching;
- Conducting and managing seminars;
- Web-materials group coordination - getting the cutting edge advice and teching techniques from the web, adding podcasts, RSS and web video to the classes;
- Administration of intranet for teachers.
