I am the Managing Director and co-founder of hedgehog lab, a software solutions provider based in the North East of England that provides Web 2.0 enterprise software products and consultancy. After working behind the desk in IT organisations for many years, where developers were constantly delegated to second-grade citizens, I realised that there is a great opportunity in building a company that was centred around software developers.
hedgehog lab is now pioneering the use of Web 2.0 concepts in the enterprise and helping deliver greatly simplified software to allow large and agile teams to collaborate.
As an entrepreneur that is passionate about all things web and software, my interests lie in bridging the gap between Web 2.0 & Enterprise software, model based development to reduce bespoke development in financial services, delivering improved web & mobile software and open systems through the use of APIs.
