I started as an on-site agent for an industrial company and moved into an agent role in a branch. As an agent, my roles included sales and servicing of our numerous and various local accounts. Not only did I bring in new accounts (both industrial and office/administrative), but I worked very hard to recruit and fill those positions as well. The positions ranged from warehouse associates to accountants. I was diligent in establishing honest/trustworthy relationships with my clients and did my best to make a solid cultural fit for their company.
