Hired to reorganize the SO filing system, creating an efficient method of filing orders and pulling orders for reference of service. Also implemented a storage system that allowed for expansion of the SO files to include new requests and status changes of existing requests.
Also directed customers in the office to the appropriate department of service and took phone calls, routing callers to the person/department that could best assist them and meet their needs.
