At 17 I joined the workforce as a taxi driver and remember my roots well, (and of course expect to be tipped too..). It took a stint with IBM, then a software developer in Vancouver, Canada before I moved to the IT security market some (ahem) 12 years ago, where I joined the management, then main board of a UK security reseller, floated the company on AIM, acquired a few others and then sold it.

As there is still a mortgage in my life, I’m responsible for delivering the marketing of the UC and IM security solutions for FaceTime in Europe and Asia Pacific. (and it definitely helps that its great fun as well!)

Whether it’s racing a yacht across the Atlantic, finding the hardest way down a mountain on skis, or working with FaceTime’s partners to drive more opportunities, then you can expect it all with passion, vigour, imagination and a highly competitive spirit..

Sailing...cranking the mainsail winch just a little harder as we came into St Lucia after 3200 miles, still remains my best "win". Skiing..all Three Valleys..and back BEFORE Lunch...(its about priorities...) and the Milky Way both ways round in a day. Nothing pleases me more than proving my worth and the non believers wrong.
