Head of PR & Marketing at Rural TV
London, United Kingdom
As the Head of PR and Marketing for RURAL TV – “The World’s Rural Channel”- headquartered in London, Chase puts all of her creative talents to effective use as she works to bring this important rural lifestyle, farming, equestrian and country music channel to a rapidly expanding global audience.
I made my first entrée into London’s media and marketing world as the Head of PR for Image Line Communications, since then I have worked closely with major UK and international businesses to develop a number of tailored PR and marketing campaigns as well as strategically designed media exposure events.
In addition to my work at Image Line, I also had the opportunity to focus on PR and media development campaigns for some of London’s preeminent maritime associations (The Seahorse Club and WISTA). In addition, I assisted London’s Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) during the London mayoral election, advising on the development of their “Keeping London Open for Business” campaign. In May of 2009, I was presented with the role of a lifetime and the chance to return to my own rural “roots” as the Head of PR & Marketing for RURAL TV, where I am happily situated today!
Before moving to London with my husband, I served as the Director of Communications for the American Horse Council (AHC). The AHC is the unified lobbying voice for the entire multi-billion dollar horse industry in the United States. At the AHC, I was in charge of all press, media, government and public relations.
Prior to this, I worked as the Director of Strategic Planning and Operations for Cross-Country International, and as the Director of the Washington Office for FACT, a multi-million member consumer association.
I have helped U.S. candidates with everything from speechwriting to fundraising - including the highly successful "Art 2000" silent auction for then Senate candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton.

As the national association representing all segments of the horse industry in Washington, DC, the American Horse Council works daily to represent the nation's equine interests and opportunities.
Founded in 1969, the AHC was organized by a group of horsemen concerned about federal legislation affecting their industry. They recognized the need for national and coordinated industry action in Washington, DC.
The AHC promotes and protects all horse breeds, disciplines and interests by communicating with Congress, federal agencies, the media and the industry itself each and every day.
