Head of PR & Marketing at Rural TV
London, United Kingdom
Sarah A. Chase is known as the "The Renaissance Woman" (a label that has stuck since a U.S. newspaper branded her as such after receiving a series of awards for her accomplishments in the fields of visual arts, instrumental music and English literature).
As a media/government relations and marketing professional, Chase puts all of these talents to effective and creative use. Chase is widely praised by her clients for her ability to transform their visions into achievable goals, whilst helping them to explore beyond traditional or conformist PR confines.
With her first entrée into London’s media and marketing world as the Head of Public Relations (PR) for Image Line Communications, she has worked closely with major UK and international businesses to develop tailored PR campaigns as well as strategically designed plans for broader business development through marketing, online exposure and events services.
Before moving to London with her husband, Chase served as the Director of Communications for the American Horse Council (AHC). The AHC is the unified lobbying voice for the entire multi-billion dollar horse industry in the United States. At the AHC, Chase was in charge of all press, media, government and public relations. She spearheaded an intensive and highly targeted corporate sponsorship and branded marketing program.
Previously, Chase worked as the Director of Strategic Planning and Operations for Cross-Country International, one of the world’s leading vacation travel companies, and as the Director of the Washington Office for a multi-million member consumer association.
Chase is no stranger to the political/lobbying world as she has helped U.S. candidates with everything from fundraising to event planning -- including the highly successful "Art 2000" silent auction for then Senate candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton. She also served directly with Marie Wilson, president and founder of the White House Project.

As the national association representing all segments of the horse industry in Washington, DC, the American Horse Council works daily to represent the nation's equine interests and opportunities.
Founded in 1969, the AHC was organized by a group of horsemen concerned about federal legislation affecting their industry. They recognized the need for national and coordinated industry action in Washington, DC.
The AHC promotes and protects all horse breeds, disciplines and interests by communicating with Congress, federal agencies, the media and the industry itself each and every day.
