I've pursued a Master Degree in "International Tourism" at Università della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano (CH) and I'm now working on my Master Thesis, related to Online Promotion in Tourism, with a special focus on Social Media and their importance in building an effective marketing strategy which leads to consumer loyalty.
I've worked at Highlands Business Research (Inverness, Scotland) , where I've focused on web analytics and customer feedbacks on web 2.0 for a local tourism destination website.
My desire is to keep working in Web communication and Social Media for the Travel&Tourism industry, since these are my main passions and areas of interest, especially dealing with how to leverage social media technologies for community building and outreach.
