A day in the life of my new role basically involves getting job orders from a supervising recuiter, researching and understanding the job requirements, finding the perfect person for the job, and managing the application and interview process.

I do not yet participate in the marketing step (getting job orders) or the offer negotiation step of the recuiting process.
