Sapri is doing his PhD Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, Australia. His research topic is related to concepts and principles of strategic management and its applicability in the construction industry, in particular at corporate level. The study is funded by QUT research budget. In 2002, Sapri started his Master degree in Project Management at the School of Built Environment (ACME), Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. During his master study, he got academic awards as best student, and best graduate as well. After the completion of his master program, while maintaining his professional activities as a member of B.O.D.for PT Citra Transpor Nusantara, Sapri also worked for the Civil Engineering Department, University of Indonesia, Jakarta as the part-time lecturer and thesis supervisor for postgraduate project management program. Before that, Sapri has worked for The University of Hasanuddin (UNHAS) Indonesia, for almost 8 years. He also initiated the cooperative program of talent pool between INCO (International Nickel Indonesia) and UNHAS.
