Sandy has a diverse background in new product design and engineering, process and packaging development, knowledge engineering, knowledge management, and new business development. He is a trainer and practitioner of Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Quality Functional Deployment (QFD), innovation, as well as creativity and problem-solving systems such as TRIZ and Mind2Market.. He currently holds 11 US patents and 46 international patent publications.
