David Sandusky founded Your Brand, LLC based on experiences as a top producing executive recruiter and business professional. The company, products, services and events support personal brand strategies applied to career, business and community based on experience combining passion for people and strategy. He is a public speaker, Internet radio show host and small business supporter. He is deeply involved with his wife's business creating custom products for social events and proud to be involved with other organizations and people with impacting ideas as a board member or advisory board member.

David has prior experience in retained executive search. He was recognized as a top producer during rapid growth years, has interviewed hundreds of executives, managed client engagements, built research teams and ran western region operations for a premier retained executive search firm. David's client work ranged from venture backed start-ups to some of the best known brands in the world. He advises entrepreneurial ventures and start-up organizations.

David is a Colorado native along with his wife (who is also a local business owner) and proud board president of Camp Fire USA - Central Rockies among other civic leadership roles in the Denver community.
