Sandi Hubert, President and CEO of Elite IT Services, has significant experience in Project Management, IT Financial Management, and Business/Systems Analysis, originating from a prestigious corporate career spanning over 20 years. Sandra is an energetic results-oriented leader in the Information Technology field. She has a deep understanding of quality, service, and professionalism, based on her experience in IT for Fortune 500 corporations. Her desire to “raise the standards” in the caliber of IT professionals provided to clients, was the inspiration behind the slogan for Elite IT Services. During Mrs. Hubert’s career she assisted her prior employers in managing a two-year firm priority program that consisted of 102 projects to upgrade 6,800 Financial Consultant Workstations with new hardware, software, networking, and cabling to 670 branch offices, during which time she obtained the Series 7 Accreditation. She advanced to developing, implementing and chairing the first Director-level committee to review all Projects for resource capacity. She also single-handedly researched, developed and implemented Total Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment financial models used throughout the IT organization and still widely used today by that organization. Sandi has also personally consulted for clients by mentoring project managers, creating business processes, and conducting resource analysis.
