  I am one of the top listing agents in my area, and assist a number of companies including Wachovia, Atlas, WAMU, Nationstar, Assetlink, HSBC, Coldwell Banker, PMH, Chase, Litton, Beltway, Saxon, Brighton, and several others.
  
  I have a well-trained staff in place to assist with transaction coordination and buyer representation. I personally address everything from bpo's to cash for keys to rehab and negotiations. My vendor team is knowledgeable and experienced in REO preservation and the ever-present deadline.
  
  If you are an asset manager, please know that I am the ONLY one you will talk to! I PERSONALLY visit and monitor every asset from start to finish.
