Computer Assisted Collection System (CACS):
A collections system consisting of a web GUI composed of Java/JSP (J2EE), HTML, and Javascript. Data translation is done over IBM MQ using XML to communicate with a mainframe backend.
Was the main front-end developer responsible for installing and customizing the GUI code (Java/JSP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML) to meet each client's requirements.
Coded Java interfaces to external systems (credit agencies, billing processors, etc.) using XML over SOAP or MQ.
Created detailed designs documents for the GUI implementation on each CACS project.
Trained the client's employees to work within the CACS framework to make modifications to the Java/JSP, HTML, and Javascript code and deploy CACS patches after the project ended.
Implemented and configured the collections system for multiple clients such as USAA, Dell, DirecTV, etc.
