In my case, "eLearning Developer" means LMS Programmer, Webmaster, Flash developer, and integrator of all technologies used by the Training Department. I developed, launched, and maintained both the internal eLearning systems (5000+ employees in seven companies) and external ones (120,000+ mortgage brokers). I was the sole developer of for Content Delivery Server (CDS). Designed multiple course templates for non-technical users, adapted dozens of courses for online delivery. Integrated several simulation technologies with existing content. I made extensive customizations to feel & functionality of Learning Management Server (LMS), added enhancements. I researched, evaluated, migrated, tested, configured, and customized all existing content to business needs. I designed, programed, and administered new technology as appropriate. And I often functioned as tech support de jour or a liaison between IT department and Training department.

This was my "little bit of everything", after-college crash course in the workforce. Everything that needed to be done for this record label and commercial music production company, I did. The best things I have to show for it is that I managed all aspects of print production and final audio production for the award winning 2-CD/giftbook Graceful Passages: A Companion for Living and Dying, and I oordinated, tracked, and summarized recording activity for professional film, TV, commercial and album projects.
