Worked with professional staffing companies to show them how to leverage LinkedIn Premium Accounts and Job Slots. Was an active speaker at conferences and trade shows as well as user group meetings.
I helped organizations understand web 2.0 innovations and learn how to leverage LinkedIn as a recruitment and business development tool. I've been able to create considerable revenue increases for staffing companies by providing training and best practices. I also worked with staffing company owners and managers through the sales process to understand how to engage employees while protecting their company brand.

I was responsible for launching a viable commercial consulting practice within an established state and federal government consulting company. My responsibilities included market and office space identification, evaluation and hiring of sales and recruiting staff and overall management of the global commercial consulting operation.
Created the go-to-market strategy to the private sector as well as the marketing plan, execution plan and training methodology. I launched the commercial operation in multiple cities and provided oversight and management of all employees as well as key customers.
My team was instrumental in the creation of the division’s onboarding program, new employee training program, and all associated commercial consulting contracts and collateral. I identified and analyzed multiple world-class applicant tracking systems and launched our relationship and integration with our selected ATS.
