As Tour Manager I handled every aspect of managing the band and their tours on the road.
Responsible for 8 people typically, including band and soundguy, though the band swelled to 12 at times. Advanced all shows with venues, sound and production managers, other artists and their management, guestlist, etc. Responsible for all hospitality of band, including lodging, drinks, food, etc. Responsible for all compensation, settled up after every show. Responsible for all merchandise, inventory, as well as selling it at the shows. Responsible for filling out a Gig Report after every show and getting it to management. Worked very closely w/band manager and booking agent, with daily contact.
Basically an all around utility guy.
