After nearly three years in practice, I went out on my own in order to help victims of consumer predators seek justice. I focus on debt collection and housing issues, including debt collection defense, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, housing discrimination, landlord-tenant, and equity stripping.
I started and maintain Caveat Emptor, a consumer law blog, to help inform consumers and provide a forum for focusing on consumer issues.
I also maintain SoloSmallTech, a law firm technology blog written for solo and small-firm practitioners.
