I would like to take this opportunity to introduce my-self briefly; my name is Samar El Gazar – Managing Director – Solution Resources (Bahrain Financial Harbour) and Leaders Solutions FZ LLC (UAE-Dubai ) running the business of the recruitment and training specialized in the Banking and investment sector.

With wealth of Banking and HR experience, and nearly 20 years of international exposure, Leaders Solutions came to the market armed with in-depth Recruitment and HR Training skills coupled with the right industry knowledge and contacts to meet the needs of the expanding Banking Sector in the Gulf.

With well-established pedigree in banking: Prior to Leaders Solutions, I served as a Relationship MGR in Citibank Egypt for almost 8 yrs - LS was able to meet the special requirements of both local and international businesses through the GCC and the Middle East.

In April 2008 a strategic decision has been taken place to shift the recruitment business from Dubai to Bahrain Financial Harbour under the name of Solution Resources while Leaders Solutions activity will remain for Training and Development.
