Voluntary Administrative Assistant at Bunnycopter Administrative Services
Bromley, United Kingdom
- During my career I have often been multi-tasking many forms of work at once, such as design work alongside admin and database maintenance duties. Because of this I have had to keep to very tight working schedules and deadlines. I recognise the importance of being able to split your time effectively in order to get all necessary work done, as well as leaving yourself flexible enough to change schedule should a deadline move. For the most part, the outcome of my work would be for public consumption, therefore making accuracy and presentation paramount.
- I have nine years worth of working experience in a wide variety of design and administration positions, all of which have provided on-the-job training in the necessary packages, procedures and work ethics. I have participated in and been solely responsible for a varied range of publications; including beauty and therapy brochures, informative and promotional leaflets and posters, children’s educational books and interactive DVD ROMs. I have also been responsible for maintaining databases and filing systems in a variety of differing environments, making the ability to adapt to a wide variety of systems essential. I am an enthusiastic and fast learner and can understand instructions and procedures without difficulty.
- Within many of my roles I have been responsible for specific duties that form part of a larger working process. At all times I had to ensure that my specific duties were fulfilled, so that co-workers and other departments could meet their targets and deadlines.
