I´m a self-taught IT Professional that´s always eager for challenges. I love traveling and troubleshooting to provide the best solution that fit my client needs.

I started as a web designer and this hobby developed into configuring web servers on linux, then configuring email and other services. I joined the first Linux User Group of Nicaragua in 1999, nicaLUG (linux.org.ni). As a member I joined several conferences given by team members to promote linux and open source.

After servers, Cisco Hardware and Network troubleshooting came along, changing my profile from "designer" to Technology Support Specialist.

Today, after 4+ years on the Contact Center and BPO scenario I stand with skills on VoIP protocols, Telephony systems and predictive dialer knowledge.
