I am a professional freelance copywriter specialising in helping small to medium sized businesses. I will create a portfolio of on and off line effective copy that will increase their sales, create continuity in their marketing and therefore create an image of trust and credibility in the eyes of their customers.
I began my working life with Nat West Bank on their Management Development Programme. After a career break to have my family I worked in fundraising for an International charity and produced brochures, posters and direct marketing letters for regional fundraising campaigns.
From 2001 to 2007 I did a BA(Hon) degree in English Language and English Literature through the Open University which I passed with First Class Honours.
I am also a volunteer wish granter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation UK.
As for life outside of work, I am a mother to 2 boys and a keen cyclist and gym fanatic. I also write and have one book in print (The Adventures of Tilly the Tractor and Freddie the Fire Engine).
