  Sally Chavez joined Aviar Design in 2006 as senior interior designer. She has assisted Linda Mracek in directing the design team and developing new business markets. As a project management leader, she is able to calculate fees, write contracts, schedule workload and manage the team effort with attention to design continuity, details and documentation. She develops training criteria and programs for in-house staff. Sally is proficient and experienced on many types of software including AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Photoshop. Sally maintains good customer relationships with past and present clients, as well as favorable relationships with manufacturers, vendors and suppliers.
