– As a QA/QC Engineer I’m in charge with draw up and record keeping of as-built documentation registers (general and specific work logbooks, all necessary act of examination of performed work, as-built drawings and schemes), project documentation, ITP, QCR analysis, quality assurance documentation in compliance with Russian regulations and Sakhalin Energy Investment Company LTD requirements.
I’m also responsible for:
- Control and conformance of working quality assurance as-built documentation of sub-
contractors performing the jobs on LNG storage tanks;
- Time sheets records of sub-contractors’ NDT specialists involved;
- preparation of documents set for registration of industrial equipment in Rostekhnadzor (RTN);
- preparation of documents set and installation certificates for industrial pipe-lines
- preparation of as-built documentation for working committee (acceptance of completion of
construction phase);
- preparation and checkout of welders certification process, usage of welding procedure
specifications (WPS) materials usage at hazardous industrial objects, in compliance with NAKS and GGTN requirements
