Recently launched a new brand named Air Action under the stable of Mentos. From conceptualizing to the execution, was an integral part of the campaign design and development process. Also key member of the new business team - recent successes being Aarong, BTi and SPL. Managing regular client businesses with servicing, creative coordinating and conceptualizing on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for maintaining liaison with regional clients and agency teams for business projection, service delivery and campaign evaluation. My work and achievements have been recognized through two promotions in two successive years.

Coordinated cross-border commercial film project (Harpic Doorstep Campaign 2007), assisted in developing re-launch campaigns for FMCG brands (Arku), and conducted dipstick surveys and focus groups frequently (Apollo Hospitals, Dhaka). Also was an integral member of the pitching crew.

Being the youngest president of my local committee, my term was highlighted with unprecedented growth in number of exchanges and member retention rate. Responsibilities included leading an executive body of seven along with a forty-person member base; strategic planning, development and representation of the organization; developing conference agendas, training management and delivery. Coordinating ‘trainee buddy’ system, dealing with exchange quality and participating in international youth leadership conferences are other notable inclusions.
