I approach real estate consultancy a bit differently. My team and I understand that time is valuable for everybody involved. We listen very carefully to what our clients are looking for (especially on the buy side) and then aggressively weed out properties to show our clients more of what they want to see and fewer of what they don't.

On the sell side, we have a very extensive marketing plan and follow-up program. The most common comment we receive on our listing presentation is, "Wow, you do all that?". You have to understand, I'd sold 3 homes prior to having a license and was disappointed in the process and service. We have systematized the selling process to ensure high quality with regular communication. We are partners in the process.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors(R), the Massachusetts Association of Realtors(R), and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors(R). I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative - ABR(R), Seniors Real Estate Specialist - SRES(R), Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist for Seniors - CRTS(R), Certified Distressed Property Expert - CDPE(R), Certified Investor Agent Specialist - CIAS(TM), and am GREEN certified.

Personally I am on the Board of Directors of the Easton Lions Club, President of the Easton Grange, and a member of the Easton Zoning Board of Appeals. I have been a Division Coordinator and coach in the Easton Recreational Basketball league as well as a coach in Easton Youth Baseball. The First Class Realty Group specializes in residential real estate. We have a few key focus areas:

1. We work with seniors in transition - whether looking to downsize or age in place, the First Class Realty Group can assist. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS), Ryan is uniquely positioned to help you from start to finish.

2. We work with Personal Representatives (PR) in the handling of estate property and those properties in probate. We help the PR evaluate the property as-is, understand the value of the property fixed up, and help the estate to generate more proceeds from the sale of the property to be disbursed to the heirs of the estate. We can handle all of the details from start to finish and will only do work that results in a net benefit to the estate.

3. We work with First Time Buyers to create a strong financial future by helping the buyer to understand the potential value of purchasing a multi-family property. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), we work with the buyer to show how to evaluate the proper numbers and help them identify, purchase, and rehabilitate (if necessary) a property.

4. We give back to the community by creating housing opportunities for Veterans, Mentally Challenged, Handicapped, blind, and the deaf. We formed a non-profit organization and have developed close partnerships with the Veteran's Administration, MA Department of Social Services (DSS), Brockton Area Multi-Services (BAMSI), and other community-based organizations to solve the housing crisis for this special segment of the population that's in dire need of housing.
