June 2007 — January 2008 (8 months)
My duties have included writing and reporting news stories for our daily one hour news program during the work week (Monday-Friday)
I also was in charge of producing the daily program while maintaining the technology and equipment that we use.
Among other duties I had included scheduling guests, doing interviews, responding to e-mails, and answering the phone.
(Non-Profit; 11-50 employees; KUOZ; Broadcast Media industry)
October 2004 — May 2007 (2 years 8 months)
My Job entailed every single aspect of producing a high impact newscast. Along with two other producers in our final college semester we produced a lineup of 7 live programs per week during the week day. We had 5 news programs 3 in English 2 in Spanish, 1 30-minute interview program with the University president, and one broadcast of university Chapel events.
As a producer I filmed, wrote, edited, and reported stories. During the newscast I anchored, reported, was the sports anchor, the broadcast director, graphics operator as well as serving as the Sports News Director and an interview host.
MY college experience was an excellent experience for two reasons, one we have and awesome facility and staff in the Ozarks' Communications program, two I put my all into my experiences at Ozarks in order to get the most out of it.

August 2004 — May 2007 (2 years 10 months)
Primarily my job was to take care of anything and everything the Director of Broadcasting asked me to do.
Many times it was going and filming something for the University of an organization close to the university.
Other times it was expanding our video archives and logging footage.
One of my favorite jobs was making two separate recruiting videos for our Communications dept.
This was a really good job that paid me to get experience and learn under a real professional like Susan Edens. My time in this position is cherished and missed.
