I work with a long list of clients from venture-funded startups to Fortune 100 firms to place highly specialized candidates in permanent and contract positions on a national level. While our main focus has been IT positions, we have branched out to place candidates in the fields of Marketing/Sales, Business Development, and Telecommunications. My main focus is to meet the needs of our clients while exceeding expectations of the candidates I represent. Customer service is a high priority on both sides of the equation.

Worked as a Brand Representative for Red Bull as part of its grassroots campaign to introduce product to consumer groups directly as opposed to traditional media campaigns. Researched possible consumer groups throughout Southern Ohio and Northern Indiana and drove promotional vehicle to sites, handed out products, and educated potential consumers on product benefits. This position required a great deal of flexibility as I was acting as the face of a brand that was targeting a wide demographic.
After localized management was dissolved, I took on the additional responsibility of gathering qualitative data from the markets we visited and compiled weekly reports on brand awareness and perception.
