Drove a $240M global product portfolio at Certance (a Seagate Technology company) and played a key role in repositioning the company for sale to Quantum at 3x return.
Played a key strategic and operational role in driving Zetera to the fastest product adoption in its class within the first 12 months of launch. Zetera’s products were later dubbed by an industry analyst as “the most important invention since the disk drive.”

Inside Elder Care is a online resource dedicated to helping families make elder care a positive and rewarding experience. Inside Elder Care seeks to destroy the negative stereo types of elder care and create a foundation for a new lifetime of memories.
The site features a unique group of family and industry insiders that share their insights into how to make assisted living a positive and rewarding experience for your loved one.
After my mother had a stroke in 2005, I found there to be few resources available for families that wanted to embrace the idea of assisted living, so I decided to create one.
Inside Elder Care was the first to commission a "by families, for families" study in which we interviewed 195 families to better understand their attitudes and preparedness toward assisted living. The research findings are available free to the public at www.insideeldercare.com/family-survey/

Led partner development in the United States and Canada concurrently with responsibility for global marketing, public relations, interactive strategy and software alliances.

Promoted three times in five years to Senior Manager, Product Marketing. Led worldwide product management/marketing and e-commerce, playing a key strategic role in positioning the company for acquisition by Quantum at 3x return to investors.
