I am a super connector always looking to create connections and take ownership in the “virtual handshake”, to leverage and build targeted talent communities. I am somewhat of an evangelist when it comes to Web 2.0 and how we can use this technology in recruiting and talent management.

Kenexa Technologies is Global RPO leader with over 30 locations world wide. I joined Kenexa in July of 2007 to provide senior sourcing support to clients.
My role here at Kenexa is ever evolving but is centered on leveraging technology/social media/social networking and the like in helping clients to build strategy around their recruiting efforts. This includes workforce planning, sourcing strategies and the development of targeted lines of talent.
My role here can be dissected to show:

• Individual and specialized team training including both internal recruiting teams and external client recruiting teams
