My goal is to always be learning, and to be continually and rapidly advancing my leadership role within my organization. I have significant experience in purchasing, warehouse management, inventory management, as well as customer service. I am currently highly focused in supply chain management and planning. My primary mission is to bring world class processes and procedures to the Honeywell planning community and to ensure that all planners (and related functions) understand how and why these practices are used.
In my next position, I plan to move back into direct management in a supply chain realm. My long term goal is to continue to develop my skills in supply chain management, but to also broaden the scope of my expertise, and to continue to develop my leadership skills and move into positions of increasing leadership responsibility.
